Weekend Schedule:

Friday:

5:00 pm Boat departs for Catalina (boat time is flexible will be between 3 and 7)

6:30 pm Arrival and getting settled

7:00 pm Dinner

8:00 pm Campfire w/S’mores

Saturday:

8:00 am Breakfast

9:00 am Activities open: Swimming, snorkeling, marine center tours (where Cubs can pet a shark!), canoeing, archery and BB guns with loop program available, outdoor skills, arts and crafts.

12:30 pm Lunch

1:30 pm Hike to Parson’s Beach

3:30 pm Activities open

5:00 pm Activities close

6:00 pm Dinner

7:30 pm Pirate Carnival

Sunday:

8:00 am Breakfast

9:00 am Cub Games!

11:45 am Cabin Clean Up (Luggage to Eucalyptus Tree)

12:15 pm Camp Sweep – Leave No Trace

12:45 pm Lunch (Remember to visit the Trading Post)

1:45 pm Boat Loading

3:15 pm Mainland Arrival

Pricing:

$179 per person for Tent Housing

$199 per person for Cabin Housing

Price includes transportation to the island, all activities, and meals from Friday Dinner through Sunday Breakfast.

Registration:

In 2008 the Cub Scout weekends will be held from March 14^th-16^th, and October 24^th- 26^th.  We accept registration by unit until full (400 campers) or two weeks before the event.  Please note that cabin space is limited and is available on a first come first served basis.  To register please contact Camp Emerald Bay’s registrar Judy Pierce at 310-510-1795 extension 11.
