Scouters: Your mission, if you choose to accept it,
is to get your unit to the AV District Camporee
April 20‐22, 2018

Camporee is fast approaching, and this year we plan to see what patrol can overcome the stiffest challenge with the theme “Mission: Impossible”. Registration will once again be available on DoubleKnot along with links to the required waiver and medical forms for participants. The link for camporee registration should be active in mid‐February. We are returning to Camp Three Falls in Frazier Park again this year for Camporee.

Once the DoubleKnot registration is available, units will be able to register at any time until online registration closes on April 17, 2018, but try to register all attendees as soon as possible because the spaces will be limited to 300 scouts. Units may add to their registrations in Doubleknot, but the online system will not allow for refunds, so please try to fill any cancellations with other participants if possible.

As we come closer to the Camporee, a set of guidelines will be available listing all expected competition events, policies, and procedures.

As in previous years, Webelos dens are welcome and are encouraged to participate in the Webelos competition events at Camporee. Webelos dens should register with their Pack, but they will be assigned campsites adjacent to Boy Scout troops to allow the Boy Scouts to mentor the Webelos. If there is a particular troop your den would like to camp with, please specify that information with your registration.

Documents for Camporee: Flyer, Firearms Release, Health A & B, and Youth Release Forms
